Source note · Unified CM CTI and JTAPI integrations
In Cisco Unified JTAPI the Provider object is the main point of contact between applications and the JTAPI implementation. An application obtains it with JtapiPeer.getProvider(), passing the Unified CM server hostname or IP address and login credentials.
