For Jabber deskphone control, users with 9900, 8900, 8800 or DX series phones also need the Standard CTI Allow Control of Phones supporting Connected Xfer and conf group. Users with 6900 series phones need Standard CTI Allow Control of Phones supporting Rollover Mode.
