Source note · Unified CM SIP trunk to CUBE configuration
The incoming port set in a Unified CM SIP trunk security profile is where Unified CM accepts messages and is the port it places in the Via header toward CUBE, which is how the Local Gateway design separates two trunks to one CUBE (5065 and 5060).

This allows incoming messages on port 5065 and populate the VIA header with this value when sending messages to the Local Gateway.
