Source note · Planning a contact center platform migration
The several-week porting lead time in AWS guidance does not conflict with the FCC one- and four-business-day intervals. The FCC intervals govern completion after a valid request, apply only to US local wireline and intermodal ports, and allow longer periods at the customer's request, while project lead time also covers preparing the request and scheduling the cutover.
