To move hundreds of Amazon Connect flows between instances, AWS documents an API procedure (ListContactFlows, DescribeContactFlow, CreateContactFlow, UpdateContactFlowContent) that requires an ARN-to-ARN mapping for queues, flows and prompts; without it, UpdateContactFlowContent fails with InvalidContactFlow.
