Source note · Emergency calling from contact center agent desktops
Under 47 CFR 9.16(a)(1), an MLTS may not be manufactured, imported, sold or leased for use in the United States unless it is pre-configured so that, when properly installed, a user can directly dial 911 without any prefix.
