Source note · Cisco Jabber service discovery and sign-in
In Cisco's 12.x preferred architecture, Jabber locates the home cluster with the UDS /cucm-uds/clusterUser resource, then calls /cucm-uds/servers to list all UDS nodes in that cluster so that later UDS requests are load-balanced across them.
