Source note · Cisco Jabber service discovery and sign-in
An active Webex Connect (Webex Messenger) subscription for the user's domain can redirect Jabber sign-in to Webex. The documented workaround is to exclude the WEBEX service, for example with the installer argument EXCLUDED_SERVICES=WEBEX.
