Source note · Call blocking and analytics labeling remediation
Under 64.1200(k)(11) a provider may block without offering an opt-out when reasonable analytics, including caller ID authentication information where available, show a call pattern highly likely to be illegal; the conditions include human oversight and ceasing the blocking once it knows the calls are lawful.
