On the Universal Platform numbers are ordered under Numbers > Buy Numbers by choosing a contracted country and number type, searching, selecting numbers, assigning a Sub-account and Location on the Place & Purchase page with an optional Voice Configuration Package and Requirements Package, then clicking Purchase and Confirm Purchase.
