An IP-to-IP Routing rule with Request Type OPTIONS and Destination Type Internal makes the Mediant terminate SIP OPTIONS locally instead of forwarding them.

To terminate SIP OPTIONS messages at the device (i.e., to handle them locally), set the parameter to 'internal'.
