Amazon Lex V2 marks many locales (for example af_ZA, cs_CZ, he_IL, tr_TR, vi_VN) with an asterisk meaning limited feature support via generative AI and third-party ASR or TTS, and nl_BE and fr_BE are supported only with third-party ASR (Deepgram).
