Source note · Amazon Lex bots in Amazon Connect
For Lex V2 bots, barge-in (caller interrupting the bot prompt by voice) is enabled by default; it can be disabled per slot prompt in the Lex console or controlled with the x-amz-lex:allow-interrupt:<intent>:<slot> session attribute.
