Source note · Setting up forecasting and scheduling in Amazon Connect
To create a forecast, choose Analytics and optimization, Forecasting, the Forecast tab and Create Forecast, select forecast groups and the Long-term and/or Short-term type; status moves from Scheduled to Complete when computation finishes.
