Source note · Troubleshooting Amazon Connect flows
Amazon Lex classic bots have their own default error-handling prompts, such as 'Sorry, can you please repeat that?' and 'Sorry, I could not understand. Goodbye.', which are edited in the Lex bot's Error Handling settings rather than in the flow.
