Source note · What a Webex webhook guarantees
A disabled webhook is reactivated through the Update a Webhook endpoint with its status set to active, and Cisco states that a webhook re-enabled within 5 minutes of being automatically disabled has a lower threshold for delivery problems and will be immediately disabled again if the server is unreachable or does not respond successfully during that period.
