A Webex Calling dial pattern uses 2 wildcards: an exclamation mark matches any sequence of digits and may appear only once, only at the end and only in an E.164 pattern, and an X matches a single digit from 0 to 9; an X may not appear in the middle of a number and the exclamation mark may not be used in a pattern that also uses X.
