Source note · Trunks route groups and dial plans in Control Hub
A trunk's SRV address, fully qualified domain name or port cannot be edited; changing any of them requires adding a new trunk and deleting the old one, and a trunk can only be deleted while it is not in use.

If you have to update the SRV address or FQDN or port of your local gateway you must add a new trunk and delete the old trunk.
