A certificate-based trunk's fully qualified domain name or SRV host address must be unique across the whole organisation, and a different port does not make an address unique: a trunk at london.lgw.cisco.com:5062 cannot be created while any other trunk uses the host address london.lgw.cisco.com, in either FQDN or SRV form.
