Source note · Webex Connect Flow Builder node reference
The Receive node pauses flow execution until an incoming customer message or event arrives, and exits onReceive when one arrives or ontimeout when none arrives within the configured Max Timeout in seconds.

If there is no incoming message/event within the specified time period, the flow exits the node from ontimeout edge.
