# A documentation template and the defects it carries

Field reports suggest that the same import contradiction appears in all 3 Control Hub feature articles that carry a bulk comma-separated file section and in none of the 3 that do not, with at least 8 whole sentences shared word for word[^8][^11]. In contrast, 3 control articles share only site navigation wording and none of the sentences from that bulk section[^9].

## Shared template sentences and contradictions

Field reports suggest that at least 8 whole sentences of the bulk section are word for word identical across the 3 feature articles, including the template download step, the row instruction, the blank cell disclaimer and the limit of 50 agents per row[^11]. Field reports suggest that the same import contradiction appears in all 3 Control Hub feature articles that carry a bulk comma-separated file section and in none of the 3 that do not[^8].

Sources disagree on the bulk operational thresholds, as the bulk section disagrees with itself 3 ways rather than 2: an import cap of 1000 rows, an export threshold near 1000 rows that produces a compressed file, and a bulk edit threshold of more than 10000 rows[^13].

## Feature-level defects and legitimate differences

Field reports suggest that template reuse introduces mismatched feature naming into specific procedures[^12]. In the field, the hunt group article's bulk procedure names a call pickup group, and its field table describes removing a single agent where its own step section describes agents[^12]. In the field, the call park article publishes its limitations section twice under 2 headings, which doubles every raw count taken from it[^7].

Where the 3 bulk sections differ, they mostly differ by feature[^10]. The call park table has 4 columns where the others have 5, and the call queue table adds skill level, weight, and time zone columns for its routing[^10].

## What remains uncertain

Which of the 3 import figures is correct is not covered by the sources below. How many Control Hub feature articles carry the bulk section is not covered by the sources below. How many inherited wrong feature names exist across the help centre is not covered by the sources below.

[^2]: The auto attendant article carries its own inherited errors: a bulk step tells the reader to add a first and last name for a feature whose import schema has only a name, and an after-hours procedure is headed as the business hours menu (field report).
