Webex Contact Center tracks real-time transcription metrics in Analyzer reports[^7]. Multi-language support for AI Assistant capabilities is configured at the flow level[^5].

## Transcription reporting and channel coverage

The Real-time Transcriptions report sits in the AI Assistant Dashboard under the Analyzer report path Stock Reports, then Historical Reports, then Agent Reports, containing 1 row for each agent[^7]. Cisco states that this report shows only interactions where the channel type is telephony[^7].

The report tracks whether real-time transcription was available during each call, the count of agents using transcription, feedback metrics, and the total transcription minutes processed[^8]. In addition, the report is accompanied by an Average Handle Time with Transcripts card and a Total Call with Transcripts card[^8].

## Language configuration and multi-language support

Multi-language support for the Webex Contact Center AI Assistant is activated for an organisation through feature flags[^5]. An administrator then configures the language for each call flow within Flow Designer[^5]. Cisco states that this configuration establishes the Transcript Language for all calls routed through those flows[^5].

Sources disagree regarding the broader language availability status: Cisco states in the Webex Contact Center multi-language article dated 19 June 2026 that AI Assistant features previously available primarily in English now process conversations and generate insights in multiple languages, listing 17 locales at General Availability including French, Hindi, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Spanish, Greek, Tamil, Telugu, Thai, and Bahasa[^6]. In the field, while the multi-language article states that availability may differ depending on the feature, locale, and SKU, it publishes 5 separate supported-language tables for real-time transcription, summaries, real-time assist, Auto CSAT, and wellness breaks whose contents are identical to one another: 68 locale rows each, comprising 17 marked General Availability, 14 marked Controlled Availability, and 37 marked Beta[^4].
